Our restored and modernized Belle Epoque-style villa in Nice, surrounded by its landscaped garden, has been designed to provide you with all the comfort you could hope for, so that you have a pleasant stay on the French Riviera.
Villa le Nid has 8 very bright one-bedroom duplex apartments on 3 levels, in a mini loft style. Each apartment has air conditioning, optimized insulation, double glazing, aluminum window and Nice-style shutters. Very high speed fiber internet access. These completely new apartments are real little gems, with personalized decoration.
The ground floor is equipped for the apartments: Rubis, Agate, Topaze, Saphir, each one has an independent access.
The first floor is accessible by a common front area that leads to the Emeraude, Jade, Ambre and Diamant apartments.
