The lively Liberation district is sought after by locals for its daily market, shops, small restaurants and to discover the gourmet halls of the Gare du Sud, the new “place to be” in Nice.

Fancy a getaway outside of Nice?

A car is not necessary, as the immediate proximity to the various means of transport will allow you to easily discover the whole region. By train you will easily reach Antibes, Cannes, Monaco (20 minutes by train). The Provence Railways Company also serves the hinterland to Digne. Italy is so close… (40 minutes by train). By bus, you can reach typical villages such as St Paul de Vence or explore the trails in the countryside.

How to get to Villa le Nid?

Access to Villa le Nid, 04 avenue Caravadossi by tram, stop "liberation" located avenue Malausséna. During the day take by the Thiole garden and in the evening by the avenue Mirabeau. Access from the garden is closed to the public at the end of the day.

Coming from the airport by public transport is very easy! Nice city center and Nice Côte d'Azur airport are now connected by tram. Travel time is approximately 40 minutes. Airport tram line 2 direction Jean-Médecin, alight at the Jean-Médecin stop. Walk to the line 1 connection towards Henri Sappia, alight at the Liberation stop.
