Due to the many stairs in the villa, our apartments are not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children.

Villa le Nid can offer you a direct seasonal rental contract (details in the general conditions of sale), with a contractual guarantee, without usual booking fees. Possibility of decreased rates beyond one week stay. Villa le Nid offers a 10% discount for any stay of 8 nights or more. Provision of the sofa bed, additional linen & sheets: 20 € (bed linen for the bedroom and towels are included for two people. End of stay cleaning charge: 60 €  This service ensures a consistent quality of presentation of the duplex apartments of Villa le Nid. We are of course grateful on each departure that our hosts give us the cleanest apartment possible. However, we will still carry out various additional tasks: -complete check of kitchen equipment, dishes & household appliances, bathrooms and sanitary facilities -additional cleaning (doors, windows, furniture, headboard, balcony, etc. ) - change of linen, preparation of the bed with its new set. 50% deposit upon booking - Balance before handing over the keys.
